I had a date!!!

Not only did I go on a date, but I went on a date with 2 guys at the same time. They made me buy. Tickets and the popcorn and drinks. Then they ate most of the popcorn. Can you believe it? I hardly got any! They wouldn't even share the drinks. They wouldn't hold my hand. Made me leave in the middle of the movie because THEY had to go to the bathroom. Talked during the movie, couldn't stop fidgeting. One of them even dropped their bottle of water and had to chase it down the aisle! All in all I think it was the best date I've ever been on. :)

Okay, real story: I took my boys to see Cars. Awesome movie, by the way. I loved it and fully recommend it (not like that means anything). There were several times that I laughed though that my boys just didn't quite get it. ;) They were really good. I was a little worried because my parents had already been to see it and said it was 2 hours long. Nick found a way to entertain himself though once he got tired of sitting. He discovered that if he sat or moved the right way, the seat would close up on him and bend him in half. :) Then he proceeded to tell me and Nate, "Watch me, guys." It was great. I loved watching them giggle. They really did eat most of the popcorn. Between the 3 of us we ate a large popcorn and I didn't eat very much of it. Nick really did drop his water bottle and it went rolling all the way down. Thankfully we were only a few rows back. I had to laugh watching him run up to get it. It was a good thing to do the day before they leave for 2 weeks. Give me something to remember. :)

It sounds like fun Angie. You were very tricky with the date thing. I must say when you dropped the two guys thing it kind of gave away the ending. :)

That's okay, Lex. Knowing that Aunt Lexi will be here when they get home will just make them that much more excited. :)

That's just the way a date should be. ;)

I have to say that you totally confused me. I didn't catch on until the waterbottle comment... Before that I kept thinking "what a rude date!". Knowing who the two guys were, it's totally adorable!
