Busy

I'm keeping this post short and sweet. A few of you know that the reason for Lexi's and my silence is that Lex has been home and we've been working on home improvement projects. These are just 2 of them. We pulled up the tile in the bathroom upstairs and put new tile down. We pulled down the wallpaper in the entire upstairs hallway, stairway, and downstairs hallway and repainted it all. This was the best shot I could get of the walls. We painted the stripes with the same color, different gloss paint. I'll put more in a different post but am not really feeling like posting right now. Just wanted to do my "job" and post pictures.

Looks good. Those two things were so sorely needed. It is nice that you are able to do that for your oh-so-old and feeble parents. (hahahaha)

I love the colors. They're very inspiring. =) Now I have to say that the bathroom tile looks like one of those photos of Jupiter with the swirling bands of clouds.

The stripes look so much like wood planks; do they correspond to anything in the wall's structure?

It looks great! You guys must have worked non stop! The paint job looks very professional... and time consuming. Now we just need to see how the downstairs turned out! Hope you had lots of fun while Lexi was there. Love you!

Actually, Uncle Dave my oh-so-old and feeble parents helped (more so mom than dad but he did help).

David, you are indeed very strange and no the stripes don't coorespond to anything in the wall's structure.

I'll get pics of the kitchen up soon, Maren. Now it's your turn to have fun with Lex. At least she should have gotten all the remodeling out of her system for a while. ;) They are on their way to you right now.

It looks really good. I think all of it looks very professional looking, you should be proud! :) When I buy a house you can all come and we'll have a remodeling party!
